BOOK BEDAZZLING EVENT
Join us (again!) for Cool Girls Read Romance, a special collaboration with Forbidden Library, all about celebrating your love of books, getting creative, and connecting with other romance lovers.
We’ll meet at Forbidden Library on Friday, November 14 from 7:30 to 10:00 PM for an evening of book bedazzling, private shopping, and yapping about books with new friends.
Bring your favourite book from home or shop for a new one in-store to decorate and make extra cute.
We’ll also test your knowledge with Throne of Glass trivia, enjoy custom book-themed cookies from Sweet Relief Pastries, and sip on light refreshments while we shop and craft.

We’ll have a full spread of gem colours to choose from including red, green, black, white, orange, sky blue, royal blue, silver, yellow, lilac purple, medium purple, gold, light pink, and magenta pink. If you have questions about colours for a specific book, just send us a message.

📦 What to Bring:
Bring one wrapped book to swap — write the tropes on the wrapping so fellow readers know what they’re picking!
🎲 Game Play:

Draw Numbers – Everyone picks a number to decide turn order.

First Player opens a wrapped book from the pile.

Next Players can either open a new book or steal an opened one!

If Yours is Stolen – You may open a new book or steal another.

Steal Limits – Each book can only be stolen three times total.

Final Turn – The first player gets one last chance to swap!

Game Ends – Once all books are opened and final choices made.
