Shipping Information
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days unless otherwise stated. Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email provided at checkout.
Shipping times may vary depending on carrier delays, holidays, weather, or preorder release dates.
Preorder Items
Please note that any order containing a preorder item will be held until all items in the order are available to ship.
This means:
- If you purchase preorder books together with in-stock books, your order will ship once the preorder item arrives.
- If multiple preorder items are purchased together, the order will ship when all preorder items are available.
If you would like in-stock items sooner, please place separate orders.
Local Pickup
Local pickup orders may include preorder and in-stock items together. Customers will be notified by email when their order is ready for pickup.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Forbidden Library is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses entered by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery times and handling are outside of our control. If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact the carrier first using your tracking information.
